We offer same day dispatch Monday to Friday for orders placed before 12 noon - Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
United Kingdom Delivery
Free shipping on all UK orders.
- Most UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class Signed For with 1 - 2 days
delivery aim. Large bulky orders and some items with gift boxes maybe sent
boxed via myHermes - If you wish for a different service to be
used please just ask - A charge may apply for any shipping upgrade.
Europe shipping £7.95
- All orders to Europe are sent via Royal Mail's International (signed
for) service with a delivery aim of 2-5 working days for Western Europe
and 3-5 working days for Eastern Europe.
International shipping £14.95
- All orders to America, Canada, China & Japan are sent via Royal
Mail International service with a delivery aim of 5 to 7 working days. This is a flat rate service ideal for wholesale / large orders - Prices shown are tracked within the UK only If you would like another service please email Alexandra for a no obligation shipping quote.

Your order will arrive bubble wrapped with care. Including gift wrap in tissue paper with colourful bows or presented in a gift bag or box. The choice of packaging is determined by the postal requirements of the piece.

If for any reason this isn't the case and you wish to return an item please ensure you return your unwanted goods safely, as sold and unused, with all the original packaging and hang tags still attached within 10 days of receipt. Your refund (excluding any postage costs) will be processed once the goods have been received by Queenie's Bazaar.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please remember to obtain a proof of postage receipt for your records. I also recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
This does not apply to items which have been altered to your request. Please email me first before returning any items so I know to expect them.
